The Working in Trust purpose is to take an already proven form of business organisation – Business Trust – and develop it into an effective organisational model that helps to align the needs of the business, the needs of society and the planet, and the motivations of individual employees/members.  Working in Trust will help business people to adopt this approach, and governments to support them, ultimately creating a healthier relationhship between society, business and the environment.
