Trustees

There are three Trustees of the Foundation:

Timothy Phillips  Chairman

Tim is a lifetime Quaker, who has been blessed with a 40 year, private sector working career (so far), working in people & organisation development roles for BP (26 years), then Rolls Royce, Anglian Water, PwC and efmd (the international professional association for management educators and developers).

For 6 year Tim was an external non-executive director at Scott Bader, one of the original Business Trusts. Scott Bader is held in trust collectively by its employees who commit to working to the business’s declared codes of ethics and practice. Tim also works as a review team member for EQUIS & EPAS, the international kite mark systems for international business schools and MBA programmes, worldwide, and as a Director of Phillips & Sons Ltd, his family’s firm and is actively involved with the Quakers and Business group.

Paul Whitehouse, Treasurer

Paul is treasurer of the Quakers and Business group and a former Chief Constable.

Lauren Craig, Trustee

Lauren is the founder of the social enterprise Thinking Flowers.  It is an ethical floral design consultancy, which highlights unethical elements of the cut-flower industry and offers an alternative – namely floral design with a conscience meaningful, minimal and modern design concept.  www.thinkingflowers.org.uk
