Our Work

Our work falls under three areas of focus:

  • Research – Identifying and articulating the benefits and pitfalls of a trust-based approach by working with existing organisations who are successfully managing their multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Outreach – Increasing public awareness of the pitfalls of a single stakeholder focus while developing a community of practice that actively supports the credibility and practicality of a trust-based approach.  This will also encourage the introduction of new enabling laws where appropriate.
  • Organisational Support – Supporting those organisations who have implemented, or would like to implement, a trust-based approach.  This includes possible legal frameworks, workable organisational structures and useful feedback/assessment tools.
